After a day or checking out the mountains and cross-country skiing in Davos, our host Sven also recommended a concert happening that night atthe hotel he works at in Davos.

After a coffee overlooking the town from a nearby slope, we headed to the monastery-turned-hotel to watch (of all things?) an Irish band playing an acoustic set in the former chapel. Regretfully I didn’t take my camera, but it made a strangely nice end to J’Ana and I’s quick jaunt to eastern Switzerland.

If only I can manage some competency on skis, I’ll have to figure out a way to go back!
