Malaysia Photo Blogs Malaysian Grand Prix F1 Written by Stephen on May 1, 2011 As I flew into Malaysia on Air Asia, I happened to see in their in-flight magazine that there would be a Formula 1 race during the period I was going to be in the country. As soon as I landed, I jumped on the airport wifi and grabbed myself a ticket! Finally, as the race got underway, the crowd’s excitement grew. Even though it was my first experience, and I’m not familiar with most of the teams or drivers, the excitement was contagious and I came out of it having had a great time. Excellent way to spend a Sunday afternoon. With a track set to open in Austin next year and an annual race in Shanghai, F1 Racing is an experience I certainly hope to repeat. Pardon the poor quality, but at least it captured the overwhelming sound well!
