After a solid 4 hours of bus ride and 3 hours on a boat, we arrived from KL in Taman Negara National Park.
Taman Negara is home to the oldest rainforest in the world, tribes living in the jungle in traditional communities, wildlife lookouts, caves, and a canopy walkway.
As we were getting together some sort of rough itinerary via email over the summer, we had considered not coming here and just heading straight to Borneo. This, in retrospect, would have been a terrible idea. Just look at how much fun Phil is having on the canopy walk!
